Our INNER & OUTER selves

One of the most compelling elements that make up who we are, is a part of ourselves that’s not often visible to others. It’s the part that we’ll personally struggle with in silence. It’s the part of us that we’re sometimes ashamed for others to learn about. It’s also the part of us that we can’t always explain or even understand ourselves. Even though we’re unable to see a person’s inner thoughts, if they’re experiencing conflict within, it begins to manifest itself through their outward behaviors.
